Infrastructure required for establishing a child development center
In order to establish a child development center, the following infrastructure should be completed:-
(a) Having a spacious, open, quiet, secure building,
(b) having half a plantation or one kattha of land excluding buildings,
(c) having arrangements for children's gardens,
(d) Having clean and hygienic drinking water and toilets,
(e) Having at least two guardians.
